Morality vs. Ethics

While both are subjective, biased and ad-hoc set of actions that need to be enforced against the natural impulse of a person, morality applies to others and ethics to themselves. Hence, you find people preaching morality almost non-stop without being even a little ethical. Ethics is hard self-control. Morality is needed by people with low self-esteem to feel superior to others. Ethics are needed to keep oneself steady in the storm!
